This year one of the most popular festivals in the world, Coachella had to postpone their event until October over concerns of COVID-19. However, they’re giving fans of the event something in the meantime to hold them over as fall is a long time away.
Coachella is teaming up with YouTube to present “Coachella” a documentary celebrating “20 years in the desert”. From the looks of the teaser, it appears the documentary will show many iconic performances including Beyonce, Tupac’s hologram, Billie Eilish, Post Malone, Childish Gambino and Madonna.
In just 20 years, Coachella has become a staple of pop culture and has held the world’s biggest stars. It’s considered a milestone in a musician’s career to perform at the festival and it is one of the biggest milestones of one’s career to be a headliner.
The documentary will be streaming for free on YouTube starting April 10th. You can watch the trailer here.
