The inaugural launch of Jane Wade, a contemporary womens-focused RTW designer creating styles that thoughtfully bridge the gap between workwear and office attire. Through the application of specialty fabric construction techniques, the work breathes life into the office wardrobe while remaining versatile and playful.
In Collection 01, each piece is segmentary and adaptive with the intention of the wearer. With careful consideration for every detail, the garments are constructed from inside out with quality finishings. Through a fresh lens, the brand takes a playful yet considered approach to Luxury with its use of color & visual proportion.
The collection is in response to wardrobe professionalism in the workplace, whats considered professional to wear to work, and the pressure that young creatives experience minimizing their expression into corporate boxes.
Jane describes herself as a conduit of creative energy, and a fine artist above all trades. In the debut of her eponymous label we see the use of clothing as a medium of expression to finally establishing her own place in the industry.
