Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Netflix hit comedy Grace and Frankie had to halt production on its seventh and final season. Despite this, fans do not have to wait too long to get a new Grace and Frankie. On April 9, the series will hold a live table read on Youtube of “The Fallout” episode of the upcoming seventh season, followed by a Q&A moderated by co-creator Marta Kauffman.
Grace and Frankie is led by Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, who play the wives of two men, played by Martin Sheen and Sam Waterston, who reveal in the first episode that they are in love with and getting married to one another. Brooklyn Decker, June Diane Raphael, Baron Vaughn, and Ethan Embry play their children. All of the actors will be part of the live table read and Q&A.
Thursday’s table read, which will be on Netflix is a Joke’s Youtube page, will help raise money for the Meals on Wheels Covid-19 relief program.
Seasons 1-6 of Grace and Frankie are available on Netflix and the upcoming seventh and final season is scheduled to debut next year.
