Paradise on Earth finally exists, an all-chocolate amusement park is coming like in the movie Willy Wonka!
You will soon have a new reason to go to Amsterdam. This complex, half amusement park, half factory, includes roller coasters like the one in the famous chocolate factory imagined by Roald Dahl. It will be a surprising way to visit this incredible place. There will be an area of sweets, cakes and undoubtedly chocolate tastings. A restaurant and a shop are also expected.
The well known Dutch chocolate brand Tony’s Chocolonely has invested almost 100 million euros in this crazy project, which will be located in Zaandam near Amsterdam. The Dutch architects have been entrusted with the building site. No need to hope for a golden ticket to enter, its creators expect to receive 500,000 visitors each year from 2024.
This amusement park is inspired by the extraordinary universe of Willy Wonka, you will then taste a unique experience to rediscover chocolate. It will be a real explosion of the senses.
Be warned, there will be no Oompa-Loompas among the staff… See you in 2024!
