Designer Raf Simons is joining Prada as co-creative director with Miuccia Prada. The news comes over a year after Simons left Calvin Klein as chief creative officer to focus on his menswear label.
Simons’ first show with Prada will be September in Milan, presenting Prada’s Spring/Summer 2021 womenswear line. This announcement came toward the end of fashion month. His appointment is the first of its kind, with no other designer outside of the Prada family ever joining the house.
This collaboration is sure to be legendary! Keep an eye out for what’s to come.
